By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

Orders & payment. Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) and are due via the payment method you choose at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is verified (or, for cash on delivery, once the order is placed).

Delivery & fulfillment. We currently deliver within Kuwait, usually within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery is free on orders of 15 KD or more; otherwise a delivery fee applies at checkout. Prefer to skip delivery? You can choose in-store pickup at checkout instead.

Refunds & returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you via your original payment method (or store credit, if you prefer). If the item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping — otherwise it's on the customer. Contact page →
